It follows American tradition by creating a modern Bussinesss' Bill of Rights which serves as a gudie explaining the ground rule for competition in what we call Major Market Verticals... or the critical central layers we need for modern eco-systems to exist, and we define this where-as each bussiness qualifying in that market has weight, based on their qualifying market capitalization in that vertical. This enables a currently active business democracy to guide our collaboration on these endeavors.
